Five years coordinating import/export logistics and commercial marketing across Iran, Europe and Asia — and a parallel career translating and interpreting between Persian, Kurdish, English and German for technical, legal and medical work.
About
I've spent the last five years on the operational side of international trade — clearing customs, coordinating sea, air and land freight, and running marketing and sourcing for a cosmetics brand that sells across three continents. Underneath all of it is the same skill: making sure something (a shipment, a deal, a meaning) survives the crossing between two places intact.
That's also what draws me to translation and interpreting. I hold a degree in English translation, near-native fluency in English and working fluency in German, and I've translated technical, legal and medical material and interpreted live over the phone, on video calls and at exhibitions. I'm looking for a role — in operations, trade, or language services — where precision across languages and systems actually matters.
